Biscuit Shelf Life
Our yummy biscuits are a fresh product and are made to be enjoyed!
The shelf life of our biscuits is as follows:
Spiced ginger – four weeks
Madagascan vanilla – 10 days
Zesty lemon – 10 days
Chocolate – 10 days
The biscuits should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place and away from sunlight but not in a fridge. Once opened the biscuits should be stored in an airtight container.
Allergens
Our biscuits contain wheat, gluten, eggs and milk.
Our biscuits are made in a kitchen which also makes other yummy things that include nuts and sesame.
We use a range of food colouring in our icing and sparkly bits and your biscuit may include the following E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129. Some of these colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Payment
All orders are to be paid in full in advance. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received. Your order is then booked into the baking and icing schedule. Production will not start until that point, so late payment may affect delivery dates.
Changes to your order
Changes to designs and quantities may be made up to two weeks before the delivery date – where design and time allows. A ‘rush/change of order’ charge may be applied.
Cancellations
Orders: If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email. Cancellations may be made two days before the delivery date.
Icing workshops: If you are not able to attend a themed biscuit icing workshop please email us seven days before the event date so we can try and fill your seat otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund.
Delivery
We don't trust just anyone to deliver your biscuit order - over the years we've learnt who best to trust - either the best postal service or our preferred courier company. However, hand delivery or collection is always the best. Sorry - we can't ship our biscuits abroad.
We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address being provided when the order is placed.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all bespoke biscuit deliveries. Most postal deliveries arrive within 24 hours of dispatch but we cannot take responsibility for delays as these are outside of our control.
We do on occasions use couriers who provide an estimate delivery day/ time when booked. Our courier company can’t cover delays that are out of their control. Although we pass any specific delivery instructions on to them, we can’t guarantee that the driver will carry these out. Clients may choose to send their own courier companies to collect their biscuit orders from the Biscuiterie.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product. If you encounter an issue with your order please contact us immediately via email so we can resolve the matter promptly. We may ask you to return the order or part of the order via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Our talented team take great pride in their work here and we believe our designs and icing skills speak for themselves. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you do not like your bespoke biscuit order.
