  • 5. Final sign off
    Booking your order into the baking and icing schedule and payment. payment can be made via bank transfer or via paypal.
  • 1. Initial enquiry - via the enquiry form
    It's extremely helpful to receive as much info at this stage from you. Here are some things to consider: - Do you have imagery, designs and logos you can share with us. - It's useful to understand what occasion the biscuits are for. - What quantity do you require? We have a minimum order of a dozen biscuits. - How would you like the biscuit gifts to reach the lucky recipients? We can deliver your order to one central address or to multiple addresses. - What date is the order required? We normally require at least two weeks notice for orders but it very much depends how busy we are. A follow up telephone call can help to clarify any further details at this stage.
  • 6. We make the biscuits
    Our amazing team will then start to bring your bespoke biscuit order to life.
  • 7. Delivery
    We don't trust just anyone to deliver your biscuit order - over the years we've learnt who best to trust - either the best postal service or our preferred courier company. However, hand delivery or collection is always the best. Sorry - we can't ship our biscuits abroad.
  • 4. Finalise packaging requirements
    We offer a range of packaging options
  • 3. Biscuit design proposal
    (creation of samples if required and if time allows) Confirmation of biscuit flavour - we offer a range of biscuit flavours and can make vegan options too. Of course all our biscuits come with full ingredient and allergy information.
